Responsibilities
- Develop business strategies to draw in potential customers and solicit new customers from different channels.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate business solutions for tech to help grow revenue or reduce costs.
- Make presentations of the customized software/solutions to communicate benefits to customers during the lead generation.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities by contacting potential customers through cold-emailing or responding to inquiries from different channels and campaigns.
- Create relationships with customers to identify their potential needs and qualify their interests and viability to drive sales leads for software or IT services.
- Move solid leads through the marketing funnel, connecting them to a salesperson, and arranging in-person meetings, emails, or phone calls.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest when contacted.
- Perform regular follow-up calls or emails and facilitate communication with existing customers to ensure their satisfaction and identify new potential needs.
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure the company's goals and targets are met.
- Make different strategies for software services and products and identify different targets.
