About Nurturing Green:
Nurturing Green is looking for a highly creative and strategic Content Lead to join our team, reporting directly to the Marketing Head. As a key player in our brand's growth, you will take charge of creating and managing content that resonates with our audience across various touchpoints, from social media to customer service, packaging, and more.
The ideal candidate is a natural social media buff, adept at creating and managing content that connects with audiences across multiple channels. They will oversee content across all verticals that engage with customers, ensuring consistency and high standards across the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- ● Content Development & Strategy:
- Create and manage content across all customer touchpoints, including social media, brochures, customer service, packaging, website, brand pages, SEO, ads, and more. The content scope covers written, visual, verbal, and multimedia formats like videos, reels, and graphics.
- ● Social Media Management:
- Lead content creation and strategy for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, , WhatsApp, and any future platforms chosen for brand representation. Drive social media engagement with a focus on brand visibility and consumer interaction.
- ● Cross-Vertical Content Ownership:
- Own the content strategy for all consumer-facing materials, including brochures, care instructions, customer service scripts, packaging, product descriptions (both online & offline), and ads. Ensure all materials align with the brand’s aesthetic and message.
- ● CEO’s Personal Branding & PR:
- Develop content for the CEO’s social media presence (CEO_Gardner) and public relations, as the CEO is an integral part of the long-term branding strategy. Handle content marketing and PR initiatives related to this profile.
- ● Influencer Management:
- Oversee the influencer marketing strategy, managing relationships and ensuring all influencer-generated content aligns with brand messaging.
Persona:
- ● Active and engaged on social media, ideally with 20k+ followers as a lifestyle influencer.
- ● Fluent in English, reflected in communication style and social conduct.
- ● Type A personality with a strong presence and a touch of assertiveness.
- ● A natural social media enthusiast who is highly attuned to trends, aesthetics, and engaging digital
- content.
- ● Strong sense of design, visuals, and aesthetics, with a knack for creating compelling and stylish
- content.
Professional Qualifications:
- ● 4-5 years of experience in content marketing, with 1.5-2 years in a leadership or near-leadership role.
- ● Proven track record working with lifestyle, FMCG, or consumer brands.
- ● Experience with influencer management and working for a brand that resonates with a young,
- cool Indian audience is a plus.
- ● Candidates with a background in tech content marketing or B2B are not suitable for this role.
Education:
- ● Preference for candidates from reputed design or arts institutions.
- ● Candidates who have studied at Delhi University & similar institutes will be highly regarded.
