Key Responsibilities:
- Manage paid search on Google and Microsoft Bing.
- Oversee paid display ads through the Google Display Network (GDN) & programmatic display platforms.
- Handle paid social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter/X.
- Maintain close working relationships with our digital agency, ensuring productivity, collaboration, and performance.
- Manage budgets across all channels, recommending budget allocations by channel and campaign to drive maximum ROI.
- Monitor and report on primary KPIs to regional and leadership teams.
- Support the regional marketing team with best practice recommendations and executional support for digital tactics.
- Identify new ad opportunities and develop new and emerging platforms to help Bluebeam drive growth.
- Test, learn, and provide optimization recommendations to the EMEA Marketing Director.
Key KPIs / Metrics for this role:
- ROAS
- Leads / MQLs
- Web store revenue
Required Skills:
- 5+ years in a digital marketing role, responsible for media budget management and digital marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Digital Marketing).
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills preferred.
- Operational expertise in:
- Google Ads
- GA4
- Facebook/Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Display Network
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Microsoft Outlook
