Integrated sales and marketing campaigns are a central component of Pleo’s go-to-market strategy. These campaigns connect and align all marketing channels to deliver a consistent theme and message to market in perfect symphony. The integrated campaigns marketing manager is the conductor of this orchestra, collaborating cross-functionally with each marketing channel owner to align plans and ensure execution is on time and on message. Through alignment, the impact is amplified, ultimately driving awareness, demand and growth for Pleo in our target markets.
This individual will become a critical member of the Revenue Marketing Team and will report to our Head of Demand Generation while also working closely with marketers, sales leadership, and sales counterparts throughout the organisation.
This role will act as the glue between our sales and marketing teams ensuring full alignment on campaigns and initiatives and the consistency of our approach across all customer-facing teams.
What you'll get up to:
- Work in partnership with content and creative teams, design a series of fully integrated campaigns that appeal to Pleo’s target customer segments and markets and contribute to pipeline creation and conversion.
- Identify market trends and insights relevant to a given audience. Together with the content department, identify the best formats and media to develop the campaign, and participate in the creation process as a key stakeholder.
- Collaborate with brand, content, and creative production to deliver a full inventory of assets to support the campaign including ebooks, videos, blog copy, email copy, sales sequences, paid and organic social assets and copy, and PR bylines.
- Work with channel owners to build and execute on agreed integrated marketing campaigns across all channels (web, email, sales sequences, social, and PR).
- Orchestrate the effective execution of marketing campaigns through the sales teams (AEs, SDRs) by timely briefing teams on campaign messaging and sales hooks, ensuring they are familiar with what sequences to use and when, monitor results and iterate and improve sequences based on closed loop feedback.
- Conduct data-driven A/B testing of campaigns.
- Work closely with the Marketing Operations team: brief them on campaign support needed, ensure campaigns are correctly set (right assets, right tracking, etc.) and ready to be launched, identify any GTM gaps.
- Collaborate with the localisation team and field marketing managers to ensure campaigns are localised to supported languages in time for coordinated multi-market launches.
- Track and report on the performance of integrated campaigns across all channels on a regular basis throughout the campaign lifecycle, take corrective action where necessary to drive performance and pipeline optimisation.
- Conduct regular reviews and debriefs to capture feedback and learnings and apply a continuous improvement model to our integrated campaigns strategy.
- Partner with the Product Marketing team to align integrated campaigns to product launches where pertinent, ensure consistent messaging, etc.
We believe you'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Experience of building and running integrated B2B SaaS marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels.
- Experience of working directly with sales (SDR/AE/Leadership) ensuring teams are briefed, motivated, and executing as effectively as possible.
- Strong project management skills, data-driven analytical marketer with a continuous improvement and proactive mindset.
- Skilled at communication and able to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders to achieve common objectives.
- Proven track record of running successful demand generation campaigns with multiple stakeholders across an organisation.
