Based in the UK and Israel, we’ve been helping riders “Gett” where they need since 2010. In London, we’re part of the furniture, with 1 in 9 Londoners having used Gett to order a taxi.
Our UK marketing team is tasked with spearheading growth with the goal of making Gett the go-to black taxi app for personal and business travellers alike. We’re looking for a data-focused marketer who will lead our digital acquisition strategy on paid search, social and affiliates.
What you’ll Gett up to
As Gett’s Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for acquiring riders on paid social (Meta), Apple and Google app stores and through affiliates. You will be responsible for budgeting, campaign management, optimisation and reporting through the funnel, as well as managing our paid media agency.
On a typical day you might:
- Set up a new Meta campaign structure using insight from previous campaign performance
- Analyse performance of app store data to find new keyword opportunities
- Brief in our creative team for new adverts based on insights and hypotheses from previous tests
Who we’re looking for
You will be an analytical marketer who has a deep knowledge of digital acquisition and hands-on experience across paid search and social. The right person might look like:
- Hands-on platform expert - You have intricate knowledge of Meta, Google Ads and App Store campaigns, and keep yourself on top of new trends, advocating for innovative approaches.
- Obsessed with data - From reporting to identifying trends, you own your numbers, have the ability to spot trends and make informed decisions for you and the team.
- Testing mindset - You are hypothesis-driven, able to combine your experience with data points to methodically plan out and document tests to improve performance.
- A holistic thinker - You understand the bigger picture and how your work fits into it; from the customer decision journey, through to the importance of creative in performance marketing.
- Agency management experience is a plus.
We love collaboration and believe hybrid is best, so expect a minimum of 2 days a week in our Holborn office.

55-65k Depending on experience

- Talent Screen - (30-45 mins) Our Talent and People Partner Joe Phillips will be asking around your experience and motivation for joining Gett.
- Hiring Manager - (1 hour video call) - Here you will meet Ben Bailey (VP Marketing)! He will deep dive into your experience in relation to the role. Asking questions around your marketing experience. You will also have time to ask questions to Ben, so have them prepared!
- Presentation (1hr video call) - We will send over a time-boxed exercise (no more than 1 hour prep) which will be presented to Ben Bailey and Vicky Taylor (Senior Brand Manager). Presenting will be the first 20 mins and the rest of the interview will be Q+A around your presentation. You will also get a chance to ask questions to both Vicky and Ben.
- Peer Review (30-45 mins video call) - Here you will meet more members of the team to discuss your experience and your motivation along with an opportunity to ask any questions directly to the team.
Please Note: To give you an idea of how long the process could take, I typically estimate 1 week per interview due to diary management - if we can fit 2 interviews in 1 week we will try.
