Job Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of store concerns and issues.
- Daily monitoring of store report submissions and likes.
- Responsible for store sales invoice requests.
- Checking and validation of OIC and FL filed overtime.
- Responsible for consolidating and ensuring submission of store KPIs.
- Point person for all day-to-day store escalations.
- Identify OIC or FL that needs coaching by OPS supervisor.
- Ensure that delivery and work permits are available when needed.
- Ensure that stores deposit within the given and allowable time.
- Other operational assistance as assigned.
