DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts and business sales leads.
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them achieve their individual and team goals.
Monitor sales performance, track progress against targets, and implement corrective actions as needed to ensure company objectives and revenue targets are met.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, key account management, strategic alliances, and innovative sales channels.
Establish and maintain relationships with key customers and industry stakeholders to drive sales and promote the company's brand.
Analyze and report on sales performance, market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to senior management on a regular basis.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and maximize business opportunities.
Build and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and relationships through effective and concise communication (verbal and written).
Develop a strong understanding of the company’s products, internal processes, and target customers.
Ensure the sales department provides prompt and accurate answers to queries.
Gain profound knowledge of the industry, identify opportunities, and implement projects for the growth of the company.
Represent the brand, the management, and the company in high-level meetings.
Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, engineering, or any related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the solar industry.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Google and Microsoft suites.
Valid driver’s license.
