Role overview

You will have the ability to own marketing across channels, build a plan that you believe in and deal directly with senior leaders to make things happen. You will have autonomy over the plan and will be able to see your ideas come to life. Ideally, you will be naturally entrepreneurial, creative and able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be flexible, a strong communicator and an excellent and compelling copywriter.

Key accountabilities
- Campaign Planning: Assist in developing marketing campaign strategies and objectives in line with overall marketing and business goals for the launch of this product.
- Campaign Execution: Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, events, and traditional marketing.
- Content Development: Contribute to the creation of campaign content, including advertisements, emails, landing pages, and social media posts.
- Campaign Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using relevant metrics and tools, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Audience Segmentation: Assist in developing and segmenting target audiences and personalizing campaign messaging to improve engagement and conversion.
- Budget Management: Help manage campaign budgets, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
- Marketing Collateral: Assist in the development and distribution of marketing collateral for campaigns, such as brochures, posters, and promotional materials.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, designers, and content creators to ensure campaign assets are compelling and aligned with the campaign strategy.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with external vendors or agencies involved in campaign execution, such as advertising agencies or event planners.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Skills, experience & qualifications required
- A recognized qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Previous experience in marketing or campaign execution, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience coordinating both live and in-person marketing events.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including marketing automation platforms, email marketing tools, and analytics.
- Experience with Hubspot would be a distinct advantage.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media, and email marketing best practices.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign data and KPIs.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
