CSB Investors Group is embarking on an exciting global growth journey and seeking a proficient Marketing Manager to cover intra-Group rebrand and marketing activities.
This role will be integral to the Group's ambitious growth plans and provide exposure to a vast array of marketing projects and experience working with numerous stakeholders across the business. You will play a key role in a small and energetic team, coordinating the rebrand and facilitating new projects across the website, print and digital collateral, and other marketing deliverables. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of a new brand identity across Group companies, cementing clear brand guidelines, and ensuring that employees and stakeholders across the Group are aligned with the new brand identity and messaging. In addition, you'll be working closely with colleagues, senior leaders and local marketing teams on devising and delivering a holistic international marketing strategy and supporting local marketing strategies.
The successful candidate must be focused, well-organised and able to multitask and deliver multiple, complex projects on time, and to the highest quality.
Key responsibilities - Manage the implementation of the new brand identity across all Group companies, including subsidiaries and affiliated companies
- Help develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the Group's overall vision and mission
- Establish guidelines for the new brand identity and messaging, engage with employees and stakeholders to ensure that they are aligned with the new brand vision
- Coordinate efforts across all channels, including the website, social media, direct client communications, and public relations, to ensure consistent messaging and visual identity
- Work with teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
- Ensure projects and collateral undergo rigorous proofing and legal/compliance sign off before release
- Liaise with external vendors and agencies where required to complete deliverables, including across Content marketing, Digital Marketing, and Public Relations
- Help design and execute marketing plans and tactics across the marketing mix including: Content marketing, Digital marketing, Sales tools and collateral
Skills & qualifications - Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Proactive self-starter who looks to find solutions, takes initiative and is willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best possible outcome
- Organised individual with acute attention to detail
- Enthusiastic team player with an openness to feedback and desire to collaborate
Desirable experience - Experience in financial services marketing team and an understanding of the European regulatory environment is highly desirable
- Experience implementing new branding and creating a structure around its guidelines
- Project management experience/experience of workflow management tools would be advantageous
- Experience with stakeholder management and coordinating projects across cross-functional teams
