What You Will Do
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and extending offers.
- Develop and implement effective global recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and employee referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR partners to understand staffing needs and provide expert guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume reviews, interviews, and reference checks.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, maintaining clear and timely communication.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance our recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in global recruitment within the insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, with particular expertise in Workable and Paylocity being a valuable asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to accommodate different time zones and manage international recruitment processes.
