Role Overview:
As a Content Marketing Manager at XA Group, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and brand presence of our conglomerate and sister companies within the automotive, insurance, and healthcare sectors. You will be responsible for creating engaging, informative, and persuasive content across various digital platforms, including blogs, newsletters, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, to build our brands and drive pipeline growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy and Development: Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with the business goals of XA Group and its sister companies. Create compelling and relevant content that resonates with our target audiences in the automotive, insurance, and healthcare sectors.
- Brand Storytelling: Craft and tell compelling stories about the innovative solutions and services offered by XA Group and its sister companies. Showcase our commitment to excellence, customer satisfaction, and cutting-edge technologies.
- Platform Management: Manage and curate content for our digital platforms, including the company blog, newsletters, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Ensure content is consistent with brand messaging and values.
- Audience Engagement: Engage with our online communities, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions with our followers and customers.
- Content Calendar: Develop and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely flow of content across all platforms. Monitor and analyze content performance to make data-driven improvements.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various teams across XA Group and its sister companies to gather insights, updates, and data that can be turned into compelling content. Work with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to create visually appealing content.
- SEO and Analytics: Implement SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable. Use analytics tools to measure the impact of content and make adjustments as needed to achieve engagement and conversion goals.
- Compliance: Ensure that all content adheres to industry regulations and is compliant with legal and ethical standards, particularly in the insurance and healthcare sectors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong understanding of content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and data analytics tools.
- Creative thinker with the ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A passion for the automotive, insurance, and healthcare sectors and a desire to stay up to date with industry trends.
