Join the Lloyd's Lab leadership team in this unique opportunity to drive innovation through the execution and delivery of cutting-edge programmes. You'll work in partnership with industry innovators, sharing knowledge, ideas, and passion for new products and solutions that address the biggest challenges of our time.
About Lloyd's Lab
Lloyd's Lab is an innovation hub powered by an ecosystem of partnerships and programmes. Our flagship 10-week accelerator programme enables InsurTechs and start-ups to test new concepts with support from Lloyd's market experts. Our innovation journey has expanded to include:
- Product Launchpad
- FutureMinds (innovation training programme)
- Lab Challenge (solution development programme)
- Innovation ICX Class of Business
Key Responsibilities
Drive product development and innovation across the Lloyd's market through collaboration. Oversee Lloyd's Product Launchpad and manage the FutureMinds programme. Spearhead the Lloyd's Lab Challenge and increase premium associated with Innovation ICX. Represent Lloyd's on innovation topics at external events and with key stakeholders. Identify and address barriers to entry for innovative products. Contribute to the Lab's strategic direction and Lloyd's innovation agenda. Drive operational excellence across all Lab programmes and initiatives. Design and execute high-impact Lloyd's Lab events. Cultivate strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven track record in leading projects and clients through influence and engagement
- Strong knowledge of Lloyd's or InsurTech industry
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders across the industry
- Creative, innovative, and highly organized
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to be in the office at least three times a week and available for programme events
