Position Overview:
The Paid Social Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our paid social media strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of social media advertising, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive performance across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be creative, data-driven, and capable of working collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social media strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify target audiences and create campaigns that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our strategies are cutting-edge.
- Campaign Management:
- Manage end-to-end paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet KPIs and ROI targets.
- Create and manage ad budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Creative Development:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with target audiences.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective ad formats and messages.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to inform future campaign strategies and optimizations.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with the digital marketing team, content creators, and other stakeholders to align paid social efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Foster strong relationships with platform representatives and external partners.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to broader marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in paid social media advertising, preferably within a client-side company.
- Proven track record of managing successful paid social campaigns with measurable results.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, advertising formats, and targeting options.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging ad content.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
