Opportunity to lead the creative output for a major global FMCG portfolio with a focus on activation, shopper & commerce.
The Agency
Our client is a highly successful, best in class creative agency with a problem: one of their flagship account groups is missing a creative lead. To be fair, it happened by accident. The agency grew and grew, the work kept coming through the door, and they've been managing with the help of some magnificent freelance friends. However, the time has come to welcome a permanent Art Director into the creative department to really start pushing the creative agenda and make it their own.
In this role you will:
- Become an expert in the nuance of each brand within the portfolio, all with different brand personalities, guidelines and strategies
- Have fun coming up with big ideas that will sing online, instore and out in the wild too
- Work closely and effectively with your colleagues across client service and strategy
- Build your career for the long term
Your book will demonstrate you have:
- An Art Director background: no doubt you are a genuine big idea conceptual thinker
- Solid experience within shopper, activation and commerce
- The ability to create effective campaigns for high profile FMCG brands
Package:
- In the region of £65,000
- Hybrid working as standard
