PHD Global Business Unit, part of Omnicom Media Group, is looking for a Senior Manager to support our central Digital Activation team. Our clients turn to us for superior media strategy, deep insights, and flawless execution of their digital marketing campaigns. We work very closely with a leading Global healthcare advertiser, Sanofi, to provide media services, strategic thinking and digital planning & buying. This is the job for you, if you:

We help our clients use data from digital biddable channels to turn critical audience insights into action and move our clients’ businesses forward. Our Digital Marketing services include Paid Search, Programmatic, Paid Social, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Display/Behavioural Targeting, Mobile Marketing, eCommerce search optimization, and more.
About the Agency:
The role requires significant experience managing the delivery of Biddable activity and experience of team management. The ideal candidate will be confident managing client relationships, organising a team around operational rituals and be an expert in their craft.
The individual will be part of an international team of 20 multi-channel activation specialists, largely based in London plus several team members in an offshore activation hub in India. This role reports to an Activation Director and is integrated into all aspects of biddable marketing (programmatic, social & PPC) for the client and its many products. The successful candidate will be a focal point for leading optimisation practices, will lead testing & measurement programmes and will find innovation in areas of data & technology. The Senior Manager will be a trusted advisor, accountable for key strategic activation projects. You will collaborate with the Activation Director to blueprint & integrate new technology and processes into existing systems and ensure success and adoption.
