The primary focus of this role is to establish and achieve the expected growth of the strategic product of Home Automation in line with the organizational objectives. The role is also responsible to branch and area heads to achieve sales target
Responsibilities
- Achieve regional Home Automation (HA) Product targets across all new products through a focussed approach in all segments.
- Ensure targeted contribution of HA products to the overall sales.
- Effectively launch, penetrate and establish HA products in the region.
- Generate inquiries for HA products through effective business development initiatives.
- Achieve regional business development targets enabling the region to achieve overall sales targets.
- Monitor and report relevant market and business intelligence like market development, competition analysis, pricing and strategies, etc.
- Liaison and influence specifiers and influencers resulting in approvals of the HA products.
- Build effective relations with major customers, stockists, agents, specifiers, etc. resulting in sales of HA products.
- Identify and meet new projects in the region enabling enquiry generation.
- Monitor and review sales and contribution of HA products to the overall sales of the region.
- Co-ordinate and liaison with all internal stakeholders like sales, technical support, marketing, etc. to provide relevant and customized solutions to the customer.
- Support and assist branch and area heads in achieving sales targets of HA products.
- MIS and reporting as per organizational objectives and needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree - Preferably BE/B.Tech
- 5+ years of sales experience
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly proficient in using MS-Office applications like excel, word and power-point and enterprise application software).
