Tasks
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs Select middle managers, directors or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions
Support for newcomers and refugees
Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.)
Support for Indigenous people
Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations
Supports for visible minorities
Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.) Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 30 hours per week
