Job Description
A well-known Estate Agency in North West London has recently expanded into new premises and is looking for a Social Media Executive to join their team. This is a very exciting time to join the company as they continue to grow and build their brand profile in the area.
Additionally, you will have access to the company drone to take eye-catching pictures and video footage of properties new to market.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be at least 25 years old with a full, clean driver’s licence.
- Minimum of 1 year’s Social Media experience.
- Property background ideal, but not essential.
- Computer literate and IT savvy.
- Experience with Canva ideal but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing the company’s social media accounts.
- Creating engaging content and regularly posting to the various platforms.
- Developing social media campaigns to increase followers.
- Implementing KPIs for campaigns.
- Analysing campaign performance.
- Keeping up to date with social media trends.
- Competitor analysis.
