Project Role: Presales & Solution Manager for Outbound Sales and Advertising
Project Role Description: Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of a technology, function, or platform. Collaborate with the Sales Pursuit and Delivery Teams to develop a winnable and deliverable solution that underpins the client value proposition and business case.
Must have skills:
• Minimum 10 year(s) + of experience in Outbound sales and advertising with strong understanding of processes - Mandatory
• Presales Experience – 2-3 years of experience on creating proposals - Mandatory
• Ability to create solution approaches and designs, coordinating with stakeholders on RFPs, Proactive & GTM
• Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance Outbound sales and advertising operations and improve the overall customer experience
• Collaborate with onshore and client stakeholders to finalize solutions and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Knowledge on Tools and platforms, aware of the latest developments in the partner ecosystem and domain technologies in Outbound sales and advertising.
• Understanding of BPO and experience of working in the BPO environment.
