*This position will be mainly based in LEGO Temporary Office in Deutsches Haus, D1, HCMC . Relocation to our future factory in VSIP3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong will be expected from early 2025. Transportation will be provided.
Core Responsibilities
Responsibility for keeping the principles of the Environment Policy and the Occupational Health & Safety Policy and to follow the rules within LEGO Group.
Keep high standard level of shipping and customs processes to meet and exceed LEGO company objectives.
Focus and responsible for smooth cooperation with all shipping customers to cover their existing needs and provides shipping services on expected levels, suggest possible improvements in shipping processes and make them alive.
Following global shipping policy, keep close communication and daily dialogue regarding in /out coming shipment in internal LMV factory and in external LEGO overseas factories, as well as some suppliers from overseas.
Executing import/export shipping process including preparing and fulfilling all the shipping documents in appropriate quality which is necessary in the whole procedures, make sure it is in accordance with legislation
Keep close communication and daily dialogue with some local Authorities: Customs, Import-Export Management Department, VCCI... As well as some agents like clearance brokers etc. to ensure all activities are aligning with current Vietnam legislation.
Learn and understand the government's circulars and decrees related to import and export procedures, post-clearance inspection,...
Manage and maintain the systems in regarding shipping for SAP, Electronic Customs Declaration software (ECUS).
Planning in/outcoming shipments and ordering with the most suitable transportation, pallets volume to secure smooth shipments flow.
For setting up proper actions in case of late deliveries or any other obstacles/ near misses and escalate to proper stakeholders if relevant.
For executing of the tasks listed in job content as well as other tasks based on manager's requirements with the maximum effort and on expected quality level.
Be able to support and substitute all shipping local team members.

The mission of the department is to secure that each shipment reaches the right customer within the requested time plus to secure the most suitable transportation modes, cost & quality in respect to effectiveness. All this is complying to current legislation to EPE business model.
Do you have what it takes?
Prefer candidates with Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Foreign Trade/ Logistics & Supply Chain Management or similar education background
Strong command of English
Prefer candidates with 3-5 years experiences in Shipping-Import/Export in multinational manufacturing company.
Experienced in Customs Finalization Report is a must.
Knowledge in Customs regulations for Export Processing Enterprise business model
Good problem-solving skills, able to identify and structure issues, run accurate analysis and synthesize recommendations.
Strong communication & inter-personal skills, able to work under pressure.
Proven record in professional working style with demonstrated ability provide support effectively, also in a matrix environment – working with large cross-functional, cross-cultural teams.
Experienced in SAP system
MS Office (Power Point and Excel is a must, Power BI is a plus)
Knowledge of planning, purchasing or warehousing will be an advantage
