This is a 1 year contract starting from January 2025 and no relocation assistance is offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
- As the APAC Analytics & Insights (A&I) business partner to APAC Ecommerce channel teams, you will influence eCommerce results through critical experiments, analysis and insights.
- Gain deep understanding of how shoppers engage with the LEGO brand through eCommerce; using that knowledge, produce actionable insights and recommendations for the APAC eCommerce business using advanced analytics techniques.
- Implement relevant data analysis for business-as-usual and specific LEGO brand campaigns (e.g., holidays, product launches, etc.) across a range of eCommerce partner sites.
- Partner closely with Sales and Performance Marketing teams to define data analysis needs to target and convert customers more optimally.
- Lead sprint-based activities relating to sales performance drivers and trends, performance diagnostic visualization, enrichment of datasets and innovation of commercial analysis tools.
- Champion data literacy and educate end users of APAC organization on consumer sales understanding and use of self-service dashboards and tools.

This role reports into the APAC Commercial Analytics & Insights team, within the global Analytics and Insights function, and will require collaboration with APAC and global colleagues across timezones. In particular, this role will work closely with A&I Enablement to uphold reporting standards and launch dashboards.
We own consumer sales reporting, ensuring integrity and performance visibility for this pinnacle metrics. We influence commercial decisions through strategic thought leadership founded in data and analytics. We deliver comprehensive commercial insight-to-action through data enrichment, tool innovation and advanced analytics. We elevate the organization´s data literacy through innovative self-service solutions and user enablement programs.
Do you have what it takes?
- Experience in eCommerce analytics, data visualization and commercial storytelling in Power BI.
- Strong business insights and strategic orientation to distill relevant insights, effectively communicate and influence decisions across diverse customer groups.
- Experience in driving sales performance analysis and business reviews in consumer packaged goods industry.
- Experience working with enterprise reporting systems (SAP), blending data sets across multiple sources using SQL / Python / R / Databricks.
- Proactive teammate who thrives in a cross-functional, cross-cultural, hybrid (face-to-face and remote) team environment.
- Ability to deliver through agile process and independently lead through uncertainty and an environment of change.
- Strong English language skills in both written and spoken to collaborate with global partners.
