Are you our new SharePoint expert and strong at stakeholder management?
We’re looking for a student worker accelerating SharePoint with the drive to build and maintain a new SharePoint site for Cross-Franchise Marketing. Additionally, we’re looking for a student worker with strong stakeholder management skills to ensure an aligned approach to Intellectual Property partner submissions and help on day-to-day team deliveries.
Core Responsibilities
Together with our other student workers, you will support our department in ensuring that marketing assets are being submitted to our various Intellectual Property partners for approval. You will also support development and maintenance of a new Cross-Franchise-Marketing SharePoint site.
Primary tasks will be:
- Submit marketing assets for Intellectual Property partners as well as go through feedback.
- Ensure our partners are keeping their deadlines.
- Co-develop new Cross-Franchise Marketing SharePoint platform with our Intern.
- Lead all maintenance of the new SharePoint site.
- Support varies optimization tasks in Cross-Franchise Marketing
- Watermarking of highly confidential products

Your background:
- It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
- You are well on your way with a relevant academic education, and you are either about to start your third year of bachelor or beginning your master studies at a Danish University or Business School during 2024
- You are a strong user of the Microsoft Office package, especially SharePoint and PowerPoint.
- You have a good understanding of IT, and it is a big advantage if your studies include relevant IT and business courses.
- We're working with tight deadlines, and you will need to work structured and be able to ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- You have an eye for details.
- You have a proactive approach to tasks and can work independently.
- English at fluent level is required as this is the standard office language.
Start date and working hours
Start date is ideally 1st of December 2024. Workload will be around 15 hours a week split into 2 days from 8-16. Your primary working space is Billund, but there are opportunities to work from home to accommodate your studies.
