Core responsibilities
Working 15-20 hours a week from our headquarters in Billund, your overall mission is to deliver support to the Operations team, consisting of the Customer Operations team, Inventory Management, Forecasting, Demand Planning & Execution. You will take up a variety of tasks during the monthly planning and operations process and collaborate with different functions and colleagues, also outside the central Operations team.
Supporting the Operations team, you will:
- Create & update Excel tools
- Collect, prepare and consolidate data
- Create overviews
- Carry out ad hoc tasks and analysis
- Participate in various department projects

Do you have what it takes?
Working with data and forecasting, it is important that you are organized, structured and pay attention to detail. You are a strong team player who can handle many stakeholders and tasks, and you focus on results while striving for the highest degree of quality.
Your qualifications:
- It is a prerequisite that you are enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
- You are studying for a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within supply chain, economics/econometrics, business administration or sales.
- You have very strong Excel skills (perhaps even VBA programming), advanced MS Office skills and possibly knowledge of SAP/BW.
- You speak and write English fluently. Danish is a plus, but not a prerequisite.
- You demonstrate a natural desire to learn and develop.
