Core Responsibilities
Drive and manage multiple product and branded campaigns from briefing to delivery, ensuring they are on-brief, timely, and on-budget.
Partner with Strategic, Creative, and Production leads in Our LEGO Agency (OLA), and support Senior Global Campaign Partners on complex campaigns.
Ensure smooth day-to-day campaign management, acting as the main contact between partners and OLA, and overseeing project deliverables with clear documentation.
Develop positive relationships with product/brand owners and key OLA department heads, facilitating communication and collaboration among partners.
Manage campaign development including scope, forecasting, budgeting, resource planning, and after-action reviews.
Support measurement and data teams in identifying metrics and performance indicators, encouraging a focus on measurement for campaigns.
Ensure regional needs are met and campaigns align with global strategy, collaborating with internal and external agencies and LEGO® partners as necessary.

In Our LEGO Agency, we are dedicated to driving communication and content experiences through the development and execution of global advertising campaigns, as well as bringing to life new media experiences and activating local tactics across the brand’s portfolio of play experiences!
As Global Communications Partner, you are responsible for driving and managing product- and brand-led campaigns across our organization. Sitting within the Business Partnering department, you’ll work with colleagues to translate business needs into effective communication strategies, projects, and programs. Your role will be to develop and deliver impactful content across owned, earned, shared, and paid channels, collaborating with partners at all levels and across time zones.
Do you have what it takes?
8+ years in a digital or creative agency, with a proven track record of managing multiple accounts, building strong client relationships, and delivering outstanding creative, digital, e-commerce, or socially-led campaigns.
Experience in Games/Gaming, Entertainment & Content, and e-Commerce & Shopper segments is advantageous.
Proven ability to support complex, globally distributed campaigns.
Strong leadership, communication, collaboration, and business writing skills, including executive summaries, memos, briefs, and presentations.
Comfortable working with partners at all levels and handling sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to work independently, balance multiple projects, and participate in long-term planning and project coordination.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus.
Advanced proficiency in English and Microsoft Office; presentation skills are a bonus.
Travel may be required, depending on projects
