Core responsibilities
Assist with pre-analysis to identify transition opportunities
Create reports and visualizations based on data analysis to aid decision-making within both Transitions and Portfolio Management.
Participate in the development and continuous improvement of data models related to Portfolio, productivity, and transition quality.
Help develop business cases for transitions and support their execution
Contribute to the daily, monthly, and yearly Portfolio Governance Process
Provide guidance and support to colleagues, helping them understand the Portfolio processes.
Assist with ongoing improvement to the Portfolio Governance Model.
Collaborate closely with team members, other internal teams, and key partners.
Stay informed on the latest data analysis tools and best practices to enhance team efficiency.
Contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of the Transition and Portfolio team.

The Transition & Portfolio Office is part of Business Services Operations (BSO) within the CFO organization. We lead strategy deployment, ensuring transparency and prioritization of demand for BSO services and insights through our Portfolio Office.
In the Transition & Portfolio Office, we find opportunities and manage transitions into BSO, benefiting various business areas. Our goal is to support the LEGO Group's growth by enhancing effectiveness and efficiency, working closely with experienced colleagues across BSO and the CFO organization!
Do you have what it takes?
Solid experience with the Microsoft stack, particularly Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
Driven and analytical, with a track record of delivering high-quality work both independently and within teams.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
Curious and eager to learn, especially about end-to-end processes and gaining a deep understanding of global business operations.
Positive and enthusiastic, with a "can-do" attitude, focusing on quality, efficiency, and operational excellence.
Skilled in stakeholder management, capable of navigating complex stakeholder environments.
Creative problem solver, unafraid to challenge the status quo and think innovatively.
