Core Responsibilities
In close collaboration with Head of Legal Tech, Operations and Transformation and members of the team drive and support the Legal Technology, Operations & Transformation agenda and roadmap, which includes to:
Support the legal department’s (LCR’s) strategic priorities
Drive and support efficiency, innovation and digitalization initiatives in LCR through implementation of legal tech solutions and other legal operations best practices, in collaboration with relevant partners. This includes vendor management and right-sourcing of legal services via innovation and optimization, contract management etc.
Drive and support the continued development of collaboration, knowledge sharing and process optimization within the legal department and ensure a culture of continuous improvement
Manage internal and/or external relationships to optimize work efficiency
Collect and process data, analyze and make sure decisions are made with relevant data as background
Facilitate change management
Being the strategic, forward-looking partner within the legal department and The LEGO Group
Play your part in our team succeeding
You will join the Legal Tech, Operations and Transformation (LTOT) global team located in Billund and Singapore, where you will take part in efficiency, innovation and digitalization efforts. The main focus of the LTOT team is to:
Drive efficiency, innovation & digitalization in our processes and tools.
Drive projects and tasks that support the legal department and the LEGO Group's strategic priorities
Provide operational, tactical and strategic legal tech, operation and transformation support.
Continuous collaboration with colleagues and partners to support resource efficiency and streamline processes for optimal workflow management
Further the team provides legal services to the LEGO Group e.g. for corporate secretarial matters and as part of a newly established Flexible Resources function that adds capacity across the teams within the Legal, Compliance and Risk department.
Do you have what it takes?
Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Business or Technology with interest and experience in law and Legal Operations OR
Legal law school/University degree at Master level or equivalent experience with interest in Legal Tech and/or Legal Operations
Proven industry experience
Experience with legal technology, contract drafting and contract life cycle management a plus
Good communication skills as part of your project and change management toolbox
Standout colleague but also ability to work individually
An appetite and ability to challenge status quo and learn new skills
