Core Responsibilities
As part of our Legal, Compliance and Risk department (LCR), you will provide legal services across the LEGO Group.
The tasks vary across all areas of Corporate and Commercial law including, GDPR and Privacy, Competition, Marketing, Intellectual Property etc.
You will be providing legal advice in a global environment as well as performing contract work and promoting the compliance agenda
You will both work directly with business colleagues as well as internal colleagues within LCR. In some cases, you will serve as the main point of contact for a legal task towards the business, and in other you will support colleagues within LCR. Hence you will be building strong and effective working relationships and networks
Beyond traditional legal tasks, you will have the opportunity to work on tasks related to efficiency, innovation and digitalization efforts within the department.

Being part of a global legal team, you will be providing legal advice to the LEGO Group. You will join the Legal Tech, Operations and Transformation team, where you will be part of a newly established Flexible Resources function that adds capacity across the teams within LCR. This offers you the opportunity to work with a broad range of legal topics in an international and dynamic business. In addition, you will play a meaningful role in transforming how legal services are delivered
Do you have what it takes?
Legal law school degree (at Master level e.g. Cand. Jur, Cand. Merc. Jur, J.D., LL.M. or equivalent)
Significant and broad experience with corporate and commercial law incl. data privacy and competition law preferably working in a global company or a private practice position
Very experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, preferably in an international context
Highly collaborative, with a curious mind and a “can do” approach
Ability to understand and learn the core business ambitions and strategies to be able to provide relevant legal advice and services
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages a plus
Experience and or interest in working with legal tech tools combined with ability to identify the “real problem to be solved” and gain efficiencies by creating or improving processes
