Our client, a leading non-profit organization in Philadelphia, PA, is seeking a trusted and reliable
Executive Assistant to join their team. This position will support C-Level Executives by providing administrative assistance to the Executive team as well as the organization when required.
About You:- 3+ years of related experience in supporting Executives.
- Strong understanding of the client's mission and departmental objectives, with proven teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional organizational abilities, managing multiple tasks efficiently while setting priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of interacting professionally with executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, with a commitment to customer service excellence.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to convey information clearly across all levels.
- Sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and a commitment to adhering to organizational policies and procedures.
About the Job:- Manage Executive Department calendars and scheduling, including arrangements for meetings and representing the department to internal and external clients.
- Process invoices, receipts, and documents related to expense reports, and manage scheduling and documentation for Board meetings and committees.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and provide communication and administrative support for key executive initiatives.
- Perform general administrative duties, including preparing expense reports, managing department mail, and coordinating travel arrangements for C-Level Executives.
- Support coordination of operational issues for executive-level meetings and events by arranging facilities, catering, and managing event budgets as directed.
- Leverage the Salesforce CRM platform for data management, report generation, and correspondence to support departmental efforts.

on-site five days a week in their Philadelphia, PA office. This position is a direct hire and offers a salary of up to
