Volt is immediately hiring a
Manufacturing Engineer in
Flemington, New Jersey, with a well-known industry leader.
This is a first shift position. As a Manufacturing Engineer you will:- Provide engineering to the assigned areas of the manufacturing plant – establishes a network of resources and contacts to meet business goals and customer needs.
- Contributes in projects and programs to improve safety, environmental performance, quality, productivity, and overall operational efficiency of the equipment often using Lean Principles and Six Sigma Tools.
- Efficiently troubleshoot defects and variation, performing root cause analysis and applying systemic problem-solving skills and robust solutions
- Proactively communicates at all levels of the organization to drive direction and positive change
Estimated Duration up to 36- months. The ideal candidate will have:- Bachelor’s degree in (Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or related discipline)
- Medical Device (preferred)
- Root Cause Analysis
Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
