Manufacturing Technician. Position Type: Full time Contract, Temp to Direct.Duration: 06-12 MonthsLocation: Londonderry, NH 03053 (Onsite) As a
Manufacturing Technician, you will:
- Responsible for performing functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.
- Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment.
- Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.
- Works with engineers in conducting experiments.
Overall Summary:- Developing support individual contributor.
- Works under general supervision.
- Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
Nature of Supervision:- Works under general supervision.
- Less detailed instructions are provided, and moderate peer review is required.
Communication & Influence:- Communicates with contacts typically within the department on matters that involve obtaining or providing
- information requiring explanation or interpretation to understand and reach agreement.
Innovation & Complexity:- Work is less structured within identified boundaries and procedures.
- Follows established processes to complete tasks.
- Identifies problems and issues in straightforward situations.
- Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution.
Organization Impact:- Works to achieve operational targets within job area which has some impact on the overall achievement of results for the team.
- Work is somewhat limited in scope, typically on smaller, less structured task-related activities.
The ideal candidate will have:- High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/ associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:Pay Range*: $28-$31 per hour.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
