Junior Legal Contracts Administrator4 Month Assignment fully onsite every day in NYC- Madison Ave with a minimum of 20 hours per week, and up to 37.5 hours per week. Job Description - Review and interpret various types of agreements, such as recording agreements, soundtrack agreements, merchandise agreements, and label joint ventures, from across all U.S. labels
- Extract key information from such agreements and input directly into the company's internal contract database
- Review information in contract database to ensure its accuracy and update as necessary
- Run reports and pull information from the contract database for various departments and senior management
- Maintain talent rosters, including internal and external contacts
- Perform historical contractual clean-up
- Assist in ad hoc projects for the greater Business & Legal Affairs department
