ASAP - Ongoing
Minimum 3 months, likely 6-9 months
Shift times: 6a-2p, 9a-6p,1p-10p,3p-11p,4p-10p,9p-6a

Clinical Information:

Number of beds: 50
Average patient census: 130 pts/day
Patients rounding on per day: 1.95 PPH
Daily admissions: 28
Level 3 trauma designation
Support staff: ED RN Fully staffed, 32 hours of APP coverage per day
Common cases: C/P, Abd Pain, AMS
Annual ER admissions: 11,286
Number of EM physicians on staff per shift: 2

Required:

DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
Current Flu Vaccine
Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
Board Certified in one of the following:
- American Board of Emergency Medicine
- American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
Active TN License
Minimum 3 years experience - Highly Preferred
ACLS, ATLS
Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered "Local", and will not be eligible for this role
