Position: Junior to Mid-Level Attorney

Role and Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be comfortable stepping into a high-level role managing day-to-day legal tasks. Primary responsibilities include:
- Litigation: Drafting motions, preparing discovery, and representing clients in court and arbitration.
- Legal Drafting: Preparing policies, contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Client Counsel: Providing employment law and commercial contract guidance.
- Project Management: Overseeing long-term projects, internal investigations, and third-party contracts.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-8 years of legal experience.
- Litigation experience is essential, including motion practice and court appearances. Strong drafting skills are a must.
- Experience in private sector industries preferred; familiarity with life sciences and media is a plus.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and proactive, with a commitment to quality work. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential.
