Actively seeking a 3-7 years' Associate Attorney experienced in Insurance Defense and Civil Litigation, primarily in Personal Injury (auto). This AV-rated Insurance Defense firm with a San Antonio office takes on complex cases, their practice areas include a broad range of enterprises involving litigation and trial work with a focus on Personal Injury, Product Liability, Premises Liability, Construction Litigation, Environmental Claims, Toxic Torts and Mediation/ADR. Experience in contractual litigation, auto collisions, insurance coverage, bad faith, negligence, wrongful death, breach of contract, and mediation/ADR matters is a plus. Training and mentoring provided, working directly with a Managing Partner; career growth and development are strongly encouraged and supported for the determined individual. Qualifications:
- Minimum 3-7 years' of experience and exposure to litigation
- Taken depositions, attending hearings and trial, drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, negotiating settlements

- Trial experience preferred
Competitive base salary range: $120K-$150K. Excellent benefit package includes PTO, 401K, medical, dental, vision insurance as well as long term disability, long term care insurance, and life insurance benefits.
