Actively seeking a 0-3 year Associate Attorney with an interest and willingness to learn primarily HOA litigation focus areas. Experience in HOA and Condominium Associations, Community Development Associations, contract review is a plus. This AV-rated Insurance Defense firm with a San Antonio office takes on complex cases, their practice areas includes a broad range of enterprises involving litigation and trial work with a focus on Personal Injury, Product Liability, Premises Liability, Construction Litigation, Environmental Claims, Toxic Torts and Mediation/ADR. Qualifications:
• Experience drafting, reviewing contracts pertaining to residential, condo, and/or community associations; strong knowledge of statutes; legal research; maintaining client contacts
Competitive base salary range: $90K-$100K. Excellent benefit package includes PTO, 401K, medical, dental, vision insurance as well as long term disability, long term care insurance, and life insurance benefits.
