Description
- Review and verify all loan transaction documents to ensure they are supported by accurate customer instructions, proper authorizations, and payments are processed according to the agreed terms.
- Monitor customer facility utilization to ensure compliance with approved limits and identify any potential breaches.
- Ensure that all fees are collected on time and transactions are processed in alignment with authorized signing limits.
- Perform daily transaction reviews and generate comprehensive monthly reports for management.
- Provide backup support for other Loan Operations Officers, including handling facility management, inputting loan transactions into Midas+, and monitoring daily cash positions.
- Assist in streamlining operations and maintaining a high level of accuracy and compliance within the loan processing system.
Profile
- Previous experience in loan operations or credit administration, with a strong understanding of loan processing workflows.
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial Real Estate (CRE) financing and related industry practices.
- Proficient in loan administration, loan servicing, and commercial loan management processes.
- Experience within wholesale banking, having worked collaboratively within large, cross-functional teams.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in loan operations or related fields.
