The Role As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Working closely with new and existing customers, you’ll ensure the successful implementation and support of the platform. You’ll be involved at every stage of the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to delivering impactful solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct business analysis to understand and document customer needs and objectives. Investigate detailed requirements and translate them into clear, actionable specifications. Prepare detailed project estimates, timelines, and plans. Configure the platform to meet client requirements and ensure optimal functionality. Collaborate with the development and testing teams to validate and refine solutions. Conduct user acceptance testing and resolve issues as needed. Deliver training to end users and support them through the transition to the new system. Implement changes effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing customers. Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the insurance or insurtech sector. Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and regulations. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on experience with system configuration and implementation is a plus.
