Core Responsibilities
Partner with design and development teams to ensure seamless Design for Manufacturing (DFM/DFA).
Turn complex designs into efficient, robust production solutions.
Drive excellence in production processes to ensure top-tier quality and efficiency.
Own the charge in product industrialization from initial prototype to full-scale production.
Apply your hands-on skills in precision machining and tooling design to shape industry-leading solutions.
Apply your advanced CAD/CAM knowledge to innovate and excel.
Foster collaboration across diverse teams to achieve unified goals.
Optimize manufacturing solutions on a global scale, integrating innovative ideas from various industries.
Present and communicate effectively with senior management and stakeholders, influencing strategic directions.
Drive the implementation of new technology principles across all relevant sites, setting industry standards.

You will be part of the Manufacturing Supply & Technology department and the role has a huge impact on the following -
Innovation and Product Development
Operational efficiency
The role contributes to streamlining production processes, reducing waste, and optimizing resource use, which support overall operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Quality Assurance
Do you have what it takes?
Background: Ideal candidates have experience as a "produktions teknolog, Værktøjskonstruktør," Mechanical Engineer, industrial technician, or toolmaker.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in the mould industry or related manufacturing field, showcasing expertise in precision machining, tool design, and DFM/DFA principles.
Hard Skills: Proficiency in CAD software for mould design, a strong understanding of machining processes and technologies, and the ability to analyze and improve production processes.
Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication and teamwork skills, adaptability in fast-paced environments, attention to detail, and a proactive outlook to prevent issues.
Location: Work primarily from Billund (DK), with minimal (10-20%) travel required, offering the opportunity to engage with global teams and influence industry standards.
