Core responsibilities
As a people manager, you'll lead a team of 14 dedicated hourly operations technicians and specialists, focusing on their motivation, well-being, and development.
Ensure timely delivery of test and decoration samples for novelty development and reference samples for site operations quality departments.
Own the qualification process for all novelties and flex equipment, ensuring smooth global mass production.
Own the preparation and support areas for the decoration test facilities within R&D Processing Test Center.
Coordinate and prioritize decoration tests in collaboration with local planning teams.
Play your part in our team succeeding
In the R&D Processing Test Center, we play a crucial role in introducing new decoration processes and equipment that enhance LEGO play by offering differentiation to the LEGO brick. As part of the Global Production Foundation, we define the foundations for global production processes within Processing.
You will be one of two leaders in the R&D Test Center, operating on day and evening shifts, requiring close collaboration and coordination.
The team consists of skilled technicians working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tests across shifts, with daily prioritization and planning of deliverables.

Skills in improving work processes regarding planning, resource allocation, and tracking deliverables.
Empathy towards employees, with the ability to listen and guide them through change management.
Understanding technical parameters to serve as a sparring partner and decision-maker during test evaluations.
Willingness to travel for 1-2 weeks annually.
Ability to be on-site in Billund at least 4 days a week, with flexibility regarding working hours to manage day and evening shifts.
Able to communicate in Danish and English is mandatory
