Bring your outstanding skills in business partnering, problem solving and communication to support a member of our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and their leadership team on our strategic agenda!
Core Responsibilities
Partnering with one of the ELT members (called CXO for simplicity in this job description), the Strategy Partner will work closely with their leadership team and the broader organisation. They will help run the CXO Leadership Team meetings and support their strategic agenda, engaging with peer Strategy Partners to drive cross-functional collaboration and end-to-end thinking.
Specifically you will:
- Collaborate with the other Strategy Partners and across functions to drive critical projects, strategy formulation and problem-solving
- Constructively challenge and provide sparring to senior leaders on strategic challenges to improve leadership decisions
- Translate strategic initiatives into simple and clear communication for the CXO to share with their leadership group and organisation
- Prepare materials on behalf of the CXO that go to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors for input and decision-making
- Ensure strategic initiatives progress and track well
- Support the CXO in ensuring their leadership team meetings are run well, as well as the broader leadership team of the respective area with preparation ahead of senior meetings

This individual will become a member of the Strategy Partner team which sits within the wider Strategy & Transformation function. The role reports into the VP, Strategy & Transformation. Each Strategy Partner plays an integral role in driving the strategic agenda for the ELT they support, which in turn helps shape the future Corporate Strategy of the LEGO Group.
Do you have what it takes?
TheidealcandidateholdsaMaster'sdegree in Economics, Business Administration,Management, or arelatedfield, along with substantialexperienceasa Project Managerin a topglobal management consultancy. Additionally, they havecorporate experience,preferably in theconsumer goodssector.Requiredcapabilitiesinclude:
- Outstanding business partnering skills at an executive level and an ability to build a strong network within the organisation
- Ability to break down complexity and communicate it to executive leaders as well as the larger organisation
- Top-notch quantitative and analytical skills that allow you to extract logic, insights and meaningful conclusions from complex business problems
- Time spent with an international company working with key partners across different markets, preferably in a strategic capacity
- Ability to collaborate effectively with global colleagues including working with different cultures, in different time zones and in different formats (online and offline)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to structure documents and quantitative analysis, turning them into convincing storylines and presentations for executive level interaction
- A ‘can do’-attitude to ensure things are acted upon in a fast-paced environment
