Global Insights (GI) is central to the LEGO Group’s success. We partner with the business to ensure decisions are insight-led, drawing froma single sourceof truth to build measurable commercial impact. We are relentlessly curious about consumers and shoppers, delivering insights that fuel demand, encourage innovation, and craft the future.
GI is made up of three key teams: Business Partnering, Centers of Excellence, and Enablers. Business Partners work closely with senior business stakeholders to focus on the most pressing opportunities, creating powerful partnerships that get results!
Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to create strategic impact through clear, engaging, and comprehensive storytelling.
