We have an opportunity for an experienced Executive Search Leader to join our awesome Executive Recruitment & Talent Sourcing team!
We are searching for a talented new colleague to lead our sourcing efforts on all VP+ hires across the LEGO Group ecosystem. You will be working on both confidential and open searches to secure the very best senior talents to lead global teams in manufacturing, commercial, marketing and product development, sustainability, finance, HR and digital technology.
Working with senior stakeholders and our Executive Leadership Team you will be instrumental in evolving our leadership talent strategy by using your in-depth knowledge of external talent pools to shape hiring decisions and develop our build-buy-borrow strategy.
As an experienced headhunter, you will also play an informal leadership role supporting our broader Talent Sourcing team, sharing your expertise to support the attraction of passive talents to our organisation at all levels. You will play a meaningful role in crafting our future model for sourcing strategy and delivery.
Please note: The level of the role is manager specialist (individual contributor). No relocation support will be offered for this position.
Core Responsibilities
Research Strategy & Market Intelligence:
Design and lead end-to-end research strategies for VP+ hires across all functional areas on both confidential and open roles.
Conduct deep market mapping to identify target companies and talent pools.
Utilise your extensive market knowledge to understand where top talents can be found.
Candidate Identification & Assessment:
Identify, engage, and qualify the very best leadership talent using progressive sourcing techniques, as well as networks and referrals.
Partner with Executive Recruiters and the hiring team to refine shortlists based on evolving stakeholder needs.
Senior Stakeholder Engagement and Management:
Present market findings and candidate profiles to senior stakeholders (SVP+).
Act as a trusted partner to help shape hiring decisions and talent strategies based upon external talent pools and senior talent availability.
Subject Matter Expert and Thought Leader:
Support the broader sourcing team as a mentor and sparring partner as the team looks to evolve their ways of working as part of a large world leading talent acquisition function.
Play an active role in the advocation of the importance of headhunting for the majority of roles across the LEGO Group, focusing on capability building and training others where required.

Reporting to our Director of Executive Recruitment and Talent Sourcing, you will be a part of the Talent team which encompasses talent acquisition, talent management and learning and development. You will be a core member of a hardworking global team who pride themselves on bringing passion, energy and fun to everything they do!
Do you have what it takes?
Proven headhunting experience from either an Executive Search firm or inhouse team.
Track record of successful delivery on hard to fill senior roles spanning a range of industries and functional areas – some experience of working with consumer products, retail or manufacturing a plus.
Strong project management skills with experience of delivering to critical deadlines, but also the agility to flex according to changing requirements.
Experience as an informal leader demonstrating skills in mentoring / coaching others.
An experienced communicator who is comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders, as well as engaging with senior passive talents in a way that positively reflects on our brand and organisation.
A proven eye for talent based on a deep understanding of the market and the needs of the business you are supporting.
Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn and other social platforms, networking and referrals.
Curiosity to explore and understand innovative approaches to sourcing, a test-and-learn mentality, and passion to share and educate peers on approved future practices.
Ability to work on a global scale, collaborate across borders, and build trusting relationships.
