Core Responsibilities
Build and lead a high-performing Portfolio Management function, defining standards, governance, with varying levels of responsibility across across Operations, Engineering and Workplace with focus on technology development, and Global Workplace Projects where big capex capacity expansion projects sits.
Own the end-to-end portfolio lifecycle, from intake and prioritization to dependency management, delivery oversight, and benefits realization in Engineering and Workplace.

Global Workplace Projects is a department managing end-to-end development and construction enabling capacity growth within the LEGO Group. The main area covers production site expansion or major building modifications at several world locations.
The department delivers critical capabilities that support the day-to-day functioning and long-term evolution of operations. As initiatives grow in scale and interdependence, a strong portfolio management function ensures the right work is being advanced in a coordinated, sustainable way. Your leadership will connect strategy to execution, support informed decision-making, and play a key role in shaping how the organization adopts and uses its future portfolio management system.
Do you have what it takes?
Solid, proven and certified experience in portfolio management, program leadership, and/or managing large-scale initiatives within construction related frameworks like eg IPA. Ideally with certification from PMP or the likes.
