Core Responsibilities
- Carry out regular daily payroll operations, ensuring proper and timely execution of Payroll activities within your scope (Nordics excl. Denmark & Baltics)
- Provide operational support to colleagues according to guidance from managers and specialists
- Support input provision and testing connected to global payroll initiatives and system implementations
- Maintain strong and positive relationships with external payroll providers and vendors to secure high-quality payroll processing
- Cooperate closely with team members to ensure continuous task execution and service delivery
- Challenge existing processes and proactively identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance
- Perform additional Payroll team-related tasks according to instructions from the Manager
This position is based in Prague – Jinonice, and relocation assistance is not offered for this role.

The LEGO Business Service Operations (BSO) is a global shared service center delivering HR and Finance services from Monterrey, Prague, and Singapore.
The Payroll Advisor plays an important role in establishing and strengthening a sustainable Payroll department within BSO. As part of a collaborative and engaged team, you will help ensure operational excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement in payroll delivery!
Do you have what it takes?
- Relevant professional experience with Payroll processes (Payroll Administrator or Payroll Processor)
- Intermediate level of MS Excel
- Experience from a Shared Service Center or Payroll provider environment
- Team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
What would be an advantage?
- Experience with HR Master Data and Payroll systems (e.g., SAP, Workday, ADP)
- Understanding of payroll legislation and tax rules within the country of experience
- Experience with ADP Celergo
