Just imagine being a key player in our global payment factory in our BSO EMEA team where your expertise will help supervise all manual payment requests from the organization and perform payments in several different online banking systems.
Core Responsibilities
- Handle questions around payments, bank accounts and online banking systems and secure knowledge sharing with colleagues
- Perform payments in various online banking systems.
- Proven experience in daily operation of the global payment factory (In-House Bank) and in Treasury Back Office; confirm and settle FX forward contracts and FX options
- Securing payments are performed on time
- Bank administration from users' creation to regulatory accomplishment (KYC, auditing, etc)
- Be the expert in running the operation of settling and payments of intercompany and external loans in collaboration with Treasury
- Monthly closing of Treasury system and In-House Bank accounts, as well as bank reconciliation
- Supporting and promoting a team-work environment and developing team members by sharing functional expertise

The LEGO® Business Service Operations (BSO) is a shared service center that delivers HR and Finance services to the entire LEGO Group from 3 locations: Monterrey, Prague and Singapore. The purpose of the BSO is to build an effective and efficient platform for growth to support our strategy and reach twice as many kids over the next 5-7 years. This position supports The LEGO Group with consistent, high-quality execution of internal and external payments, bank administration and thereby enables the BSO to succeed in delivering great value to the LEGO organization.
Do you have what it takes?
- Demonstrated working experience from Finance (and similar) function
- Experience with payment processes/payment factory in a global company
- Experience with global online banking systems and the complex world of global banking with different payment types and cut off times
- Experience in bank and GL reconciliations will be an asset
- Dare to push back into the organization if documentation for payments etc. is not living up to standards no matter if it comes from a director
- Proven track record to build trust and credibility with assigned business areas
- Respect of deadlines
- Structured and analytical approach
- Result orientation
- Knowledge of derivatives; FX forward contracts, Swaps and options
- Knowledge of intercompany loans
- Experience with an enterprise-wide accounting software system, preferably SAP
- Microsoft Office at experienced level
- Advanced level of English
