In this role, you will join the Finance Controlling & Planning (FCP) organization and work closely with Finance Business Partners (FBPs) of our Operations Finance organization to enable smart decision-making through insights, structure, and collaboration. You will also:
- Focus on the delivery on the core financial processes which include month end closing; investment controlling; as well financial planning & analysis to build value and accountability.
- Engagement with Senior Collaborators.
- Operate as a trusted advisor, frequently engaging with senior finance & operations leaders across factory and central operations teams across EMEA
- Represent the BSO in strategic discussions with the business, providing insights to drive financial and operational decisions.
- Key point of contact for critical core Operations Finance teams, supportand create alignment on strategic investments and priorities
- Act as the Global Coordinator for BSO OPS Finance Partnering, encouraging collaboration across regions
- Find opportunities for standardization, process optimization, and standard methodology sharing across the FCP and OPS Finance community.
This position is based in Prague – Jinonice, and relocation assistance is not offered for this role.

You will join the Business Service Operations (BSO) organization, a shared service organization that powers Employee and Finance support across the LEGO® Group.
The BSO’s mission is to provide an efficient platform that drives growth and supports our strategy to reach twice as many children over the next 5–7 years!
Do you have what it takes?
- Significant experience in finance with a track record of delivering strategic insights and driving improvements in sophisticated, cross-regional environments.
- Ability to navigate sophisticated organizational structures and establish links with partners across all seniority levels.
- Influence decision-making in different scenarios.
- Deliver action plans whilst partnering with a wide range of collaborators.
- Accountancy & Finance or Qualified by experience.
