As a key member of the Leadership team, you are co-creating the strategic agenda for the business unit while delivering Operational excellence on a daily base to our customers and partners. Core Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional leadership to the Customer Service team - drive continuous improvement and secure high team engagement.
- Lead the Demand Planning function within the Business Unit and drive clear focus behind the delivery of key performance metrics: in-stock, retail inventory weeks of cover, item level, shipment forecast accuracy and BU level Consumer Sales forecast bias.
- Create a robust demand signal to our production facilities by creating joint business plans between sales and marketing ambitions, factoring in possible supply and production constraints
- Demonstrate ownership and engagement with customers, internal sales, marketing and operations partners to secure seamless execution of order management/order-to-cash process and prioritization of shipments.
- Build positive relationship and collaboration with regional partners at all levels and represent the voice of the Czech and Slovak BU and retail partners within the European Operations Network.
- Interact with warehousing and distribution in high frequency.
- Ensure alignment with compliance standards across the region.
- Active involvement in strategic projects.
- Member of Czech and Slovak BU Leadership Team – creating long term strategy and ambition for the BU.

This is a key position in navigating the strategic direction of the Czech and Slovak business: setting and delivering challenging operational objectives, leading and engaging the Operations team to drive a continuous improvement culture and implementing the strategic direction with excellence on tactical levels.
Do you have what it takes:
- Extensive experience in Operations and a proven track record of leadership and developing a strong team with high motivation and satisfaction.
- Proven cross-functional experience with a demonstrated ability to challenge commercial business plans and unite different departments around one plan.
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement of the service delivered to internal teams and retail partners
- Ability to operate at a senior level with both internal and external partners
- Strategically strong with a pragmatic approach to wider business challenges
- Highly collaborative style, strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Being fluent in Czech and English languages
