Responsibilities:
-Oversee the preparation of weekly cash movement and online payments
-Manage the review of weekly payroll for multiple companies, including remittances and union dues
-Supervise the review of Accounts Payable entries and coordinate monthly cheque runs for various companies
-Assist in preparing intercompany back charges and account reconciliations
-Participate in the production of financial statements and other reports
-Participate in the annual budget and forecasting
-Assist with any audits from the Canada Revenue Agency
-Perform other accounting related duties as needed
-Handle the preparation of monthly progress billing and invoicing to customers
-Contribute to the month-end close process and conduct project cost analysis and general ledger reconciliation
