Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet revenue targets and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored FCC solutions.
- Promote cross-selling and upselling opportunities within the client portfolio.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering expert guidance on financial crime compliance (AML, KYC, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a positive client experience.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Experience in consultancy sales, ideally within KYC, Compliance, or Advisory Services.
- Strong background selling into the Financial Services sector, including UK banks.
- Demonstrated ability to expand client relationships through upselling and cross-selling.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex compliance concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in high-pressure situations.
- Collaborative team player with a transparent, open approach.
