Senior Sales Manager - Corporate
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape and use insights from market analysis to refine sales strategies and approaches.
- Maintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive set, identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts in order to generate business, including room sales and food & beverage sales.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets while providing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.

With excellent communication, influencing, and negotiating skills, you excel in seizing market opportunities and generating revenue streams. Your adaptability and proactive approach ensure alignment with business objectives. Experience in a similar role is essential.
